On June 23, 2021, the Rent Guidelines Board (RGB) approved new rent increases as follows:
- Rent Stabilized Apartment Guidelines
- For a one-year lease commencing on or after October 1, 2021 and on or before September 30, 2022:
- 0% for the first 6 month of the lease, and
- 1.5% for the remaining 6 months of the lease
- For a two-year lease commencing on or after October 1, 2021 and on or before September 30, 2022:
- 2.5%
- For a one-year lease commencing on or after October 1, 2021 and on or before September 30, 2022:
- Special Guideline Maximum Base Rent (MBR): +39%
