The State of New York Division of Housing and Community Renewal (“DHCR”) has issued a new, New York City Lease Rider for Rent Stabilized Tenants (Form RA-LR1), revised December 2022.
As a reminder, this Rider should be used for all NYC Rent Stabilized Vacancy Leases and Renewal Leases.
